Refund and Returns Policy

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund you within 5 business days via the original payment method.

What we accept

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Gear that’s been used on the slopes can’t be returned.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong product, we’ll sort it out immediately. Send a photo and a short description to info@slopeshop.nl and we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

How to return

  1. Email us at info@slopeshop.nl with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you the return address and any instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or model, return the original item and place a new order.

Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of stock issues or suspected fraud. You’ll be notified promptly and receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. The price that applies is the one shown on the website at the time of ordering. Payment is made via the available methods at checkout.

Delivery

Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 1-2 business days. For other European countries, expect 3-5 business days. SlopeShop is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the product. We’ll refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Complaints

Send your complaint to info@slopeshop.nl. We’ll respond within 5 business days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
